A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to nail, staple, tie, paste or in any way attach any placard, sign, banner, advertising material, or printed or written material of any kind, or to permit others to do so in his or its behalf, upon any utility poles owned by the Borough, any light standards, trees or refuse receptacles erected or located on any of the streets, sidewalks or public grounds of the Borough of Chambersburg.
B. 
Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any provision of this section or aiding, abetting or assisting in the violation of said provisions shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25, provided that each day that a violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
