It shall be unlawful for any child under the
age of 16 years to be on the streets, parks, cemetery or public places
in the Borough between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m.;
provided, however, that a child below the age of 16 may be on the
streets of the Borough between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00
a.m. pursuant to the scope of lawful employment; and provided, further,
that a child under the age of 16 years may be on the streets of the
Borough between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. when such
child is in the company of his or her parents or his or her legal
guardian or person or persons having legal care, custody and control
of such child.

It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian
or other person or persons lawfully entitled to the care, custody
and control of any child under the age of 16 years to knowingly suffer
such child to be unlawfully upon the streets or other public places
in the Borough between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m.
Any person violating §
85-1 of this chapter shall be taken into custody by the Police Department of the Borough and turned over to the Juvenile Court of Clarion County to be dealt with under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any person who shall violate any provision of §
85-2 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 10 days.
