Disorderly conduct is hereby prohibited in the
Borough of Clarion. A person is guilty of disorderly conduct if, with
the intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly
creating a risk thereof, he:
A. Engages in fighting or threatening or in violent or
tumultuous behavior;
B. Makes unreasonable noise;
C. Uses obscene language or makes an obscene gesture;
or
D. Creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition
by any act which serves no legitimate purpose of the actor.

Any person who shall violate any provision of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 and costs of prosecution
or, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment
for not more than 30 days.
