the Township Council approved new Joint Articles of Agreement for the establishment
of a Centre Region-Building and Housing Code Board of Appeals, recommended
by the COG General Forum on 2-26-1996. A copy of the Articles of Agreement
containing information pertinent to the membership, powers and procedures
of the Board of Appeals is on file in the Township offices.]
