It shall be unlawful for any person to physically enter the Flood Control
Channel of the Borough of Coudersport for any reason not duly authorized by
law or necessitated by emergency.
Any person physically entering such channel shall, upon conviction by
a District Justice or other lawfully constituted authority, be guilty of a
summary offense, and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed the sum of $300,
or imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 90 days, or both, together
with the costs of prosecution.
