A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to coast or ride upon any sled or similar conveyance upon any sidewalk in the Borough of Denver.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to coast or ride upon any sled or similar conveyance upon any street or public alley in the Borough unless such street or alley shall have been set apart and designated by the Mayor for the purpose of sledding as a play highway and shall have been blocked off or otherwise adequately protected from vehicular traffic.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $600 and costs and, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Upon summary conviction, the person found guilty may be assessed reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the Borough in the enforcement proceedings in accordance with Section 3321(6) of the Borough Code.[1]
