[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of

For the reasons set forth in the recitals contained in Addendum No.
1[1] to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement, which addendum
is attached hereto and made a part hereof, Addendum No. 1 is hereby approved
in the form as attached, and the appropriate officers of this township are
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver Addendum No. 1 to the
above-mentioned party in the form approved herein. The township's proper
officers are hereby authorized and empowered on its behalf to take such action
and execute such documents as they may deem necessary to carry out the purpose
and intent of this ordinance. The Township Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to deliver to the other party of said agreement certified copies
of this ordinance.

If any sentence, clause, section or part of this ordinance is for any
reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality,
illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions,
sentences, clauses, sections or parts of this ordinance. It is hereby declared
as the intent of the Township of East Bradford that this ordinance would have
been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause,
section or part hereof not been included herein.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting or inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed.
This ordinance will become effective July 9, 1985.
