Article IV, Real Estate Tax Certifications, adopted 12-23-1997 by
Ord. No. 11-97.
A.Â
The Tax
Collector for the Borough of East Greenville is hereby authorized
to charge a fee not to exceed $25 for each and every tax certification
requested and a fee not to exceed $5 per duplicate bill requested,
plus costs of expedited service, including, but not limited to, faxing
costs and express and overnight mailing charges.
B.Â
The Tax
Collector for the Borough of East Greenville is hereby authorized
to recover from the taxpayer any and all bank fees charged to the
tax collection account for tax payments returned due to insufficient
funds.
