A. 
The purpose of the Corridor Residential District is to encourage multifamily residential development in areas with access to major streets, water and sewer service, shopping and essential services.
B. 
Developments incorporating one or more of the following multifamily dwelling types are encouraged: single-family attached, duplex, triplex, quadplex, townhouses, and apartments. Access to multifamily developments shall be managed to provide for safe and efficient traffic flow.

Principal uses permitted by right in the Corridor Residential District are listed in the Table of Uses located in Article II, Table 1.
B. 
Special exceptions allowed within the Corridor Residential District are listed in the Table of Uses located in Article II, Table 1, and shall meet the criteria set forth for such uses established in Article XXVI.
C. 
Accessory uses permitted by right or as a special exception in the Corridor Residential District are listed in the Table of Accessory Uses located in Article II, Table 2. Requirements applicable to accessory uses in the district are located in Article II, § 87-17.
