A.
Parking on both sides of West Chester Pike between
Sproul Road and Church-Berkley Roads shall be limited to two hours'
parking only from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, except Sundays, in
Marple Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
B.
There shall be two-hour parking in designated areas
on West Chester Pike as follows:

(1)
From Broomall Avenue 355 feet in a westerly direction
on the north side of West Chester Pike.
(2)
From North Malin Road to the east side of James Road
on the north side of West Chester Pike.
(3)
From South Malin Road to School House Lane on the
south side of West Chester Pike.
(4)
On the south side of West Chester Pike at a distance
of 255 feet from Media Line Road in an easterly direction of 150 feet.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $1 nor more than $5, together with costs of
prosecution, and, in default of the payment of such fine and costs,
to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one day for each
$1 of fine imposed; provided, however, that payment of the sum of
$1 to the Township of Marple within 24 hours after receipt of notice
that such vehicle was parked in violation of this article by the police
of the Township shall save from prosecution any person making such
payment.
A.
Parking on the south side of West Chester Pike from
New Ardmore Avenue westerly a distance of 225 feet shall be limited
to one-hour parking only from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
B.
Any person violating the provisions of this article
shall be liable to pay a fine of $2, payable at the Police Department.
If the fine is not paid within 48 hours from the time of issuance
of a ticket advising the offender of the time, place and nature of
the violation, then the motorist shall, upon conviction thereof in
a summary proceeding, be subject to a fine of not more than $25 for
each offense.
