When advised to be in accordance with law by the Borough Solicitor,
the Borough Council and the Secretary attesting shall execute such contract
as prepared or prescribed by the Borough Solicitor for the extermination and
control of rodents within the Borough of Pleasant Hills.
All acts heretofore done by the proper officers are hereby authorized
and ratified in the performance and accomplishment of the purpose of this
chapter.
