No building shall be moved within the Borough limits along or across public streets without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Borough Construction Official's Office. The owner and mover shall pay all damages to streets or utilities, if any.
No permit shall be issued for the moving of any building within the Borough limits along the public streets between June 1 and September 15.
Any person desiring to move a building within the Borough of Stone Harbor shall give notice thereof to the Borough Public Works Department, the Borough Construction Official's Office and the Borough Police Department at least 72 hours prior to any move.
