Borough of Stone Harbor, NJ Chapter 187 Buildings, Numbering of

§ 187-1 Numbering of all property required.

All property owners shall cause to be prominently displayed upon the lot, tract or parcel of ground, the street number for the property, located in such a fashion as to be readily visible from the street. Each number shall be at least three inches in height.

§ 187-2 Effective date of compliance.

The requirements for the display of the building numbers shall become effective and be enforceable on October 1, 1989.

§ 187-3 Violations and penalties. [1]

The owner of any property in violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction of a violation thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, Penalty, of the Borough of Stone Harbor Code.
