Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided for the repeal of Ord. No. 620, adopted 2-7-2011, which amended in its entirety former Art. I, Building Code, adopted 9-8-2008 by Ord. No. 564, former Art. II, One- and Two-Family Dwellings, adopted 9-8-2008 by Ord. No. 562, as amended [with the exception of § 38-8.2 (now § 38-8), which was saved from repeal], and former Art. III, Mechanical Standards, adopted 9-8-2008 by Ord. No. 563, and superseded former Art. IV, Structures of Historical Significance, adopted 7-12-2010 by Ord. No. 606.
