GENERAL REFERENCES

Each year the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Kisco shall
designate, at its annual meeting and by resolution of the Board, a newspaper
to serve as the official newspaper of the village for a term of one official
year. Said official year shall commence on the first Monday of April of any
calendar year and shall conclude on the first Monday of April of the succeeding
calendar year.
