In addition to such other powers as may be granted or authorized in
this Code, the Codes Enforcement Officer, the Fire Marshal, the Assistant
Fire Marshals, the Superintendent of Public Works, the Animal Control Officer
and such other officers as may from time to time be charged with the duty
of enforcing various provisions of this Code are hereby authorized to issue
and serve citations, appearance tickets, summonses, warrants or the like for
violations of the provisions of this Code.
