Section 167.10, Wis. Stats., regulating the sale and use of fireworks, exclusive of any penalty imposed thereby, is adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as though set forth in full.
No person shall sell, expose, or offer for sale, use, keep, discharge, or explode any firework as defined in § 167.10, Wis. Stats., within the limits of the City of Montello, except a person may possess or use fireworks with a user's permit issued by the Mayor of the City as authorized by § 167.10(3), Wis. Stats.
No parent, guardian or other adult with delegated authority of a minor shall knowingly permit such minor to violate any section of this chapter.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-4 of this Code.
