as Title 7, Ch. 10 of the 1984 Code; amended in its entirety at time of adoption
of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II). Subsequent amendments noted
where applicable.]
Section 167.10, Wis. Stats., regulating the sale and use of fireworks,
exclusive of any penalty imposed thereby, is adopted by reference and made
a part of this chapter as though set forth in full.
No person shall sell, expose, or offer for sale, use, keep, discharge,
or explode any firework as defined in § 167.10, Wis. Stats., within
the limits of the City of Montello, except a person may possess or use fireworks
with a user's permit issued by the Mayor of the City as authorized by § 167.10(3),
Wis. Stats.
No parent, guardian or other adult with delegated authority of a minor
shall knowingly permit such minor to violate any section of this chapter.
