The Town of LeRay hereby opts out of § 487
of the Real Property Tax Law, as amended, and therefore provides that
no exemption shall hereafter be provided under that section for any
property located within the Town of LeRay.
In addition to the normal filing requirements for local laws,
the Town Clerk shall file a copy of this article with the President
of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and
the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance.
