All lateral connections of property with the sewers of the Township of Radnor shall be made only upon application and permit issued in such form and upon payment as determined annually and published in Chapter 162, Fees, and shall be made at the cost of the permittee in accordance with the plumbing and health regulations of the Township[2] and in accordance with such rules and regulations and on such terms and conditions as the Township Engineer or this Board shall from time to time adopt and prescribe and the Board of Commissioners shall approve.

Radnor Township shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all sanitary sewer mains. Lateral maintenance and repair from the house to the main shall be the responsibility of the property owner. Where the collector lines are laid in easements across private property, the Township shall maintain and repair the sanitary sewer mains.
