Pursuant to § 381, Subdivision 2, of the New York State Fire
Prevention and Building Code Act,[1] the Town Board of the Town of Hague hereby elects not to administer
or enforce the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code for the Town of Hague
on the first day of January 1984.
