No person shall park any vehicle, or cause or
allow the same to be parked, for a period more than two hours in duration
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, including
where meters are installed within the Villages Central Business Zoning
District (CBD) upon any of streets.
Any person violating this article, upon conviction of such offense, shall be fined the sum of $25 for each such offense. No further or different penalty shall be imposed for any violation of § 227-32, anything in this article to the contrary notwithstanding.
