Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 141 of
the Laws of 1898, the amount of the fee for a license for the conduct
of a transient retail business in any store in the Village of Holley,
for the sale of goods which shall be represented or advertised as
a bankrupt stock, or as assigned stock; or as goods damaged by fire,
water or otherwise, or by any such like representation or device,
be and the same is hereby fixed at $100 per month; such license to
be issued for a period of not less than one month, and to be renewed
monthly during the continuance of such business.
