Local Law No. 3-1984 of the Village of Kings
Point[1] is hereby repealed, and hereafter exemptions shall be
granted pursuant to the provisions of § 458-a of the Real
Property Tax Law for the purposes of taxes levied for the Village
of Kings Point.
