The purpose of this chapter is to simplify the methodology by which
the below-mentioned fees can be established and amended from time to time
so that the same can be accomplished without the necessity of prior publication
and public hearing thereon.
The Town Board of the Town of Mamakating is hereby authorized from time
to time and in its sole discretion to establish, by amendment or otherwise,
a rate schedule for planning, building and zoning fees charged by the Town
of Mamakating and its various boards and departments, such fees to be set
by resolution of the Town Board.
