A. 
Fishing shall be permitted only from April 1 through October 31 of each year.
B. 
Those who wish to fish must first obtain a permit therefor from the Village Clerk and pay the requisite permit fee, if required.
C. 
Tuesdays and Saturdays are reserved for children (ages five to 15) and seniors (60 years and older) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
D. 
Thursdays are reserved for seniors from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
E. 
Children five to 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
F. 
Fish limit is three per person per day, one fishing pole per person.
G. 
Single hooks only shall be used by children.
H. 
No minnows shall be used, dead or alive.
I. 
All fish caught must be kept and removed from the Centre Pond area.
J. 
Those fishing must carry a valid permit with them and present it when requested by any person.
K. 
Opening day is April 1. Fishing for children and seniors will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
L. 
When leaving the Centre Pond area, the tag furnished by the Village Clerk must be affixed to one's bag.
Permit fees shall be fixed in such amounts as the Village Board shall from time to time determine.
The Village Board reserves the right to amend and supplement these rules and regulations from time to time, and such amendments shall be deemed a part of this article upon adoption.
All violations of these rules and regulations, as they may be amended, shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty, of the Village Code.
