There will be no twenty-four-hour parking in municipal parking lots located in the Village of Manlius except by a permit to be issued by the Village Clerk.

In accordance with the provisions of § 94-26, the standing or parking of vehicles, except for the express purpose of loading or unloading of merchandise and goods, is hereby prohibited in the following described locations:

§ 94-55 Schedule S: Prohibited All-Night Parking.

In accordance with the provisions of § 94-20, except as otherwise provided by the Village Board, no person shall park a vehicle on any highway within the Village between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. at any time during the period from November 1 through April 15.
