The village shall provide individual insurance coverage for officials
so that when any official shall be sued in his individual name, whether as
an official or an an individual, which action or lawsuit shall pertain to
any act, function, work or job performed in behalf of the Village
of Massapequa Park, whether directly or indirectly, the costs of any and all
legal expenses, fees and charges of any and all legal expenses, fees and charges
shall be borne by the Village of Massapequa Park.
