§ 204-1 Dangerous materials.

No person shall throw or deposit upon any public highway, public street, public parking area or public park any glass bottle, can, container, glass, nail, tacks, wire or any other substance likely to injure any person, animal or vehicle upon such public highway, public street, sidewalk, public parking area or public park.

§ 204-2 Penalties for offenses.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a mandatory minimum fine of $100 for each violation thereof or imprisoned up to 15 days in jail, or both.
