§ A350-1 Schedule of fees.

There are hereby established the following permit, license, application and other miscellaneous fees and charges within the Village of Massapequa Park. All fees are nonrefundable.

Parking
Resident and commuter parking
To be paid upon the issuance of the parking permit for resident and resident commuter parking, which fee shall cover a twelve-month period (i.e., June 1 through May 31). Once a parking permit has been issued, there shall be no refund or partial refund of the fee paid for resident and resident commuter parking.

The fees set forth in § A350-1 of this chapter may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees duly enacted.
