It is the desire of the said Board of Supervisors
of said East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, to
organize an Industrial Development Authority in said Township of East
Hempfield under the Industrial Development Authority Law, to be known
as "East Hempfield Township Industrial Development Authority."
Pursuant to said desire and intention and in conformity with the terms and provisions of said Industrial Development Authority Law, the proposed Articles of Incorporation are hereby set forth in full on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said
Authority shall be executed by and on behalf of the Township of East
Hempfield by the Chairman and Secretary, respectively, and the seal
of the Township of East Hempfield shall be thereto affixed and attested
by the Secretary. The Township Solicitor is authorized and directed
to cause to be published a notice of this article which shall contain
the substance of the Articles of Incorporation as required by the
aforementioned Act. When said Articles of Incorporation are properly
executed by the Chairman and Secretary, the same shall be filed with
the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
