A.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed greater
than 15 miles per hour within the boundaries of Northern Lights Shopping
Center and the Liverpool Shopping Center.
A.
No person shall stop any motor vehicle within 20 feet
of the front of any building located within the boundaries of the
K-Mart Shopping Center identified as a fire lane.
B.
No person shall stop any vehicle within 30 feet of
the front of any building located within the boundaries of the Shop
City Shopping Center located within the Town of Salina.
C.
Northern Lights Shopping Center and Liverpool Shopping
Center.
(1)
Prohibited parking.
(a)
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle
in areas, driveways and fire lanes specified for "No Parking" or "No
Parking - Fire Lane" within the boundaries of the any shopping center.
(b)
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle
in areas, driveways and fire lanes specified for "No Parking" or "No
Parking - Fire Lane" within 33 feet from any structures, excluding
the structures on the south end of the Liverpool Shopping Center.
(2)
Prohibited overnight parking.
(a)
No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle
within the boundaries of the Northern Lights Shopping Center and the
Liverpool Shopping Center between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00
a.m.
(3)
Erection of signs.
(a)
"No Parking," "No Parking - Fire Lane" and "No
Parking Between the Hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m." signs designating
the specified areas, driveways, fire lanes and hours where and when
parking shall be prohibited shall be conspicuously posted by the owners
of the Northern Lights Shopping Center and the Liverpool Shopping
Center in accordance with provisions of the New York Vehicle and Traffic
Law. The signs shall indicate that vehicles stopped, standing or parked
where and when such activity is prohibited shall be subject to removal
and storage at the expense of the vehicle owner or operators of the
vehicle.
(4)
Removal of vehicles.
(a)
Any unattended vehicle stopped, standing or
parked in an area designated "No Parking," "No Parking - Fire Lane"
or "No Parking Between the Hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m." may be
removed from the Northern Lights Shopping Center and the Liverpool
Shopping Center property by any towing company authorized by the owners
of the Northern Lights Shopping Center and the Liverpool Shopping
Center. Such vehicle removal and storage shall be at the sole and
exclusive expense of the owner or operator of the vehicle.
