Water tapping fees shall be as provided in Chapter 82, Fees and Deposits.
When water is turned off from any premises by order of the consumer, for nonpayment of bills or for any other violation of the Village's rules, it will be done during normal working hours at a charge as provided in Chapter 82, Fees and Deposits. Outside of normal working hours, a charge as provided in Chapter 82, Fees and Deposits, will be made. As used herein, the term "normal working hours" means from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each weekday.

Service calls after normal business hours. Any call by a resident to the Water Department personnel for consultation on service to his residence or irrigation line outside of normal working hours shall be billed at the rate provided in Chapter 82, Fees and Deposits. As used herein, the term "normal working hours" means from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each weekday.
B. 
Annual Water Department capital maintenance fee. Annual Water Department capital maintenance fee for every parcel of land, whether or not there is an existing water meter, in the Village: $675, payable in three equal installments of $225. For purposes of this section, a parcel of land shall be defined as one or more tax lots improved with one single-family dwelling or unimproved upon which one single-family dwelling may be constructed. For any parcel of land improved with a use other than a single-family dwelling that has more than one domestic water meter, each domestic water meter shall be treated as if it were a separate parcel. The Village reserves the right to amend the amount of this fee from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees; such amendments shall be published as an appendix to the Village Code.
