Regular monthly meetings shall be held at the Town House, Somers, on
the second Thursday of each month, with work sessions to be held on the first
Thursday of each month, at 8:00 p.m.
Special meetings shall be held at the Town House unless otherwise designated
in the notice of meeting, the time to be specified for each such special meeting.
