Town of Stony Point, NY Chapter 155 Parks

§ 155-1 Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Park Ordinance of the Town of Stony Point."

§ 155-2 Use of motorized vehicles prohibited.

No person shall use, cause to be used or permit the use of any style or type of motorized vehicle or any style or type of vehicle propelled by other than foot or hand power within the town parks of the Town of Stony Point except to and from the authorized and designated parking lots contained therein.

§ 155-3 Authorized vehicles.

Nothing herein contained shall be construed as prohibiting the use of authorized park vehicles by authorized personnel.

§ 155-4 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person that is proven to have violated this chapter shall be subject to a fine not in excess of $250 or imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or both, for each such offense.
