The Board of Trustees of the Village of Tivoli does
hereby elect to come under the provisions of Chapter 1006 of the Laws
of 1966, as presently or hereafter amended, and entitled "An act to
amend the Retirement and Social Security Law, in relation to establishing
noncontributory retirement plans and ordinary death benefits for state
employees and members of participating employers."

The members' contributions in the employ of the above
shall be suspended, and the effective date of such suspension shall
be the payroll period beginning on the first day of February 1968.
