Town of Westfield, NY Chapter 65 Boats, Mooring of

[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Westfield 3-13-1991. Amendments noted where applicable.]

§ 65-1 Authority of Harbormaster.

The Harbormaster be and he is hereby authorized to issue permits and allocate spots for mooring boats within the Westfield buoy field.

§ 65-2 Size of boats.

The size of boats to be moored within the buoy field shall be limited to between 15 feet and 30 feet.

§ 65-3 Fees. [1]

The fee per buoy will be in an amount as set forth from time to time by the Town Board.

§ 65-4 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II.
