It shall be the duty of the Town Board or its
designated enforcement officer to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
Violation of the provisions of this chapter
shall be deemed a B misdemeanor, punishable as provided by law, and
with each week, such violation constitutes a separate offense. The
Town of Wheatfield shall have resource to such remedies in law and
equity as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions
of this chapter.
