Editor's Note: This ordinance served as a correction
of Ord. No. 96-1, adopted 4-27-1998, which ordinance was never codified
per instruction of the Borough.
A certain document, copies of which are on file in the offices of the Borough of Jenkintown, being marked and designated as the "International Mechanical Code, 1998," be and is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the Borough of Jenkintown, in the State of Pennsylvania, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said International Mechanical Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 116-2 of this chapter.
The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
A.
In Section 101.1 (page 1, second line), insert "Borough of Jenkintown."
B.
In Section 106.5.2 (page 4), insert "as adopted by resolution."
C.
In Section 106.5.3 (page 4), insert "as adopted by resolution."
D.
In Section 108.4 (page 5), insert "summary," "$1,000" and "30 days."
