An ordinance to contract with the Pennsylvania Railroad Company for the construction by Railroad Company of the portion of its new Low Grade Line or Branch between Philadelphia and Glen Loch through said Borough in such manner as to avoid grade crossings, and for that purpose vacating certain streets and opening certain new streets on certain conditions and considerations to be observed or furnished by said Railroad Company.

An ordinance authorizing the Borough to enter into a contract with the Philadelphia Suburban Gas and Electric Company for furnishing power to the Borough Water Plant for a period of two years, taking effect August 15, 1916.
