An ordinance authorizing the condemnation, by eminent domain, of easements, rights-of-way and rights for stormwater management facilities to be located in part on or near the property known as 124 Monument Avenue, in the Borough.

An ordinance authorizing the Borough's acceptance of a certain parcel of land from St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, which parcel is located in the Borough and fronts on Woodland Avenue.

An ordinance authorizing the Borough to release and quitclaim to St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church the Borough's interest in the parcel formerly used by the Borough for its water tanks and the contiguous driveway which are surrounded by property now owned by St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, which release and quitclaim shall be in exchange for transfer of a certain parcel of church property to the Borough.
