[Adopted 1-15-1979 by Ord. No. 40]
The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and
the Secretary of Middlesex Township are hereby authorized to execute
and deliver on behalf of the Township of Middlesex that agreement,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made part hereof,[1] providing for mutual cooperation between the Township
of Middlesex and the Township of Richland regarding police assistance
across the boundaries of the two municipalities.
