The Board of Supervisors of Middlesex Township,
Butler County, hereby approves and adopts the Intergovernmental Cooperation
Agreement for Multimunicipal Planning between Middlesex Township and
Richland Township (the "agreement") attached hereto and incorporated
herein as Exhibit A.[1]

the Township offices.
The Chairman of the Middlesex Township Board
of Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to sign the attached
agreement on behalf of Middlesex Township and the Township Secretary
is authorized and directed to attest the same.
