Such powers as are now or may hereafter be provided by statute of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or by resolutions or ordinances of the Township
of Middlesex, Butler County, Pennsylvania, relating to the development and
operation of recreational systems, public parks and playgrounds are hereby
vested to the Middlesex Township Board of Supervisors, Butler County, Pennsylvania,
to be exercised by it subject to any and all restrictions contained in such
powers and resolutions, ordinances and application.
