GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 64.
A. 
One standard parking space in the front of the Municipal Building shall be specifically designated for and reserved for the Mayor of the Borough of Oceanport.
B. 
One standard parking space in the front of the Municipal Building shall be specifically designated for and reserved for the Borough Clerk.
C. 
Eight parking spaces located in the rear of the Municipal Complex shall be specifically designated for and reserved for police vehicles or other authorized vehicles only.
D. 
Ten parking spaces at the Port-Au-Peck Chemical Hose Firehouse shall be specifically designated for and reserved for Fire Department vehicles or other authorized vehicles only.
The appropriate signs shall be displayed to advise the public of the specific parking designations/restrictions.
A violation of the within chapter shall result in a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, § 1-15, General penalty (per each offense).
