Tappan 5-26-1975 as Sec. 4-8 of the 1975 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Games of chance, as defined in the Raffles Licensing Law, N.J.S.A. 5:8-50
et seq., and in N.J.A.C. 47:13, may hereafter be conducted on Sunday in the
Borough by any organization holding a valid license to do so duly issued by
the Borough pursuant to and in compliance with such statutes and code.

The Borough Clerk is hereby authorized to approve the granting of raffle
and bingo licenses to be held in the Borough.
