There is hereby established a flea market vendor's license for each space at the flea market conducted on Block 156, Lots 1, 1.01 and 1.02 of the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Palmyra. The license shall be applied for by National Amusements, Inc., or its representative, and obtained through the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Palmyra for each month for each vendor space utilized during the month for which the license is obtained. A license application for each vendor space shall be applied for on forms provided by the office of the Borough Clerk and shall be submitted together with the flea market license fee no later than the 15th day of the month preceding the month for which the license is requested.
A fee of $30 per month per vendor space shall be paid to the Borough Clerk at the time application is made for a flea market license vendor's space pursuant to § 124-1 above.
