The Borough of Park Ridge is hereby authorized,
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:23-6 to 6.29, to enter into contracts with
the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Bergen for the joint
use by the Borough of Park Ridge and other municipalities in the County
of Bergen of the services and facilities of the office of the Purchasing
Agent of the County of Bergen for the furnishing of gasoline and fuel
oil requirements of the Borough of Park Ridge and such other services
or facilities, or both, which may be determined to be required from
time to time by the Borough of Park Ridge. The services of said Purchasing
Agent shall be without cost to the Borough of Park Ridge.
