A general Board for the making of all assessments for benefits accruing
from local improvements be and the same is hereby created.
The members of the said Board shall be three in number, all residents
and freeholders of the Borough of Paulsboro.
The members of said Board may be appointed by the Mayor with the advice
and consent of the Council, and shall hold office until January 1 next succeeding
their appointment or until the qualification of their successors.
