There is hereby adopted an official Disciplinary Procedure and Daily Work Rules Violation Form in the form attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Editor's Note: Said procedure and form are on file in the Borough offices.
This ordinance shall apply to all non-police employees of the Borough.
Said procedure and form shall be distributed to all non-police Borough employees within seven days of passage of this ordinance and this ordinance shall become effective seven days thereafter.

The Borough of Paulsboro Anti-Harassment Policy ("policy") in the form attached and made a part of this ordinance is hereby implemented, effective January 1, 2003.
Editor's Note: Said policy is on file in the Borough offices.
This policy shall cover all civilian employees of the Borough of Paulsboro at every level.
A full copy of the policy shall be distributed to each such employee no later than December 31, 2002, or his or her date of hire, whichever occurs first. The Borough Clerk shall keep a receipt sheet with the signature of each employee indicating that he or she has received and will thoroughly read the policy.
