All streets in Paulsboro now laid out and accepted
by the Borough as streets but not improved with curbs and sidewalks,
having an overall width of 40 feet or more, shall be laid out and
improved with a cartway between curblines, for vehicular traffic and
parking, having a minimum width of 32 feet.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon final passage and publication as provided by law.
